FAQ

Common Questions

Straight answers about pool removal, pricing, permits, and what to expect.

How long does pool removal take?

Most projects are completed in 3 to 7 business days depending on pool size, type, and access. Larger concrete pools or sites with limited access may take a bit longer.

Do I need a permit to remove my pool?

Yes. We handle all permitting for you as part of our service. This includes demolition permits and any required environmental or utility approvals.

What happens to the debris?

All concrete, rebar, and debris is hauled away to licensed disposal facilities. Nothing is buried on your property during a full removal.

Can I build on the area after removal?

Absolutely. With a full removal and proper backfill, the area is suitable for landscaping, patios, or even future construction. Fill-in-only projects have more limited options.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. Our site assessments and written estimates are completely free with no obligation. We believe in transparency from the start.

Do you work in my city?

We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area including the East Bay, North Bay, South Bay, and Tri-Valley. Check our Service Areas page for the full list.

Will removal damage my yard?

We take every precaution to minimize disruption. Heavy equipment access is the main factor — we will discuss this during your site assessment.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and offer flexible payment schedules tied to project milestones.
